Topic : Creation of Permission Slips

and Animal Fair promotion

 

I.      Materials:

 

          1-Computer

          3-Permission Slips for Zoo field trip

          4-Permission Letters

          5-Invitations

          6-Flyers

          7-Movie Happy Feet

 

 

II.   Activities:

 

          The teachers will be busy working on the creation of settings for the animal fair, as well as creating permission documents to hand in to the school’s principal and parents. To be able to do so, the teacher will need the students to be quiet and calm, so they will be watching the movie “Happy Feet” about penguins, which stays on the topic of animas.

 

The teachers will create a list of documents for the permission of the zoo field trip. One of the documents to be created are letters to the school principal asking for permission to create an animal fair in the school library for Friday. The second document made for the principal will be a letter asking permission to make the zoo field trip. The teachers will make the pertinent calls for the San Juan district to provide the school with a bus for the zoo field trip in the coming days. The teachers will also ask the school to provide snacks for the students during their zoo visit. The secondary documents the teachers will create are flyers to promote the animal fair, field trip parent permission slips, and parent invitations for the animal fair.
